2 Years ago, when Google Trends was introduced, it was proposed to be a tool that tracks the most searched for keywords. It became so popular that they added a new tool a year ago called "Hot Trends" which shows the top searched keys on google right now. Now they have introduced a new tool for websites that gives you a view of how popular that particular website is. It also gives a comparison and ranks the site visits across the world, and also its related websites and searches. There is also many options if you want to zero in on any particular region or any particular time period.

This tool allows you to find out the number of unique visitors that visits the website over a period of time. But this tool supports only domains with some decent traffic. Therefore all blogspot blogs and the free wordpress blogs are ruled out and no data is provided for these blogs. Therefore I checked the tool with some popular news websites. It is amazing.
